Niobium Anode

The Niobium Anodes offer excellent results against corrosion, low electrical resistance, long service life at very high current density and low maintenance cost. Likewise, Platinised Niobium Anodes are used in fluorinated baths and for electro-chemical applications or in electroplating baths.

Properties of Niobium

The Niobium is a ductile and paramagnetic metal that, at cryogenic temperatures, becomes a superconductor. It presents a high resistance to high temperatures, as well as a high resistance to wear. In addition, within refractory materials, Niobium has a low density.
